What is a CAD Monkey?
A CAD Monkey is someone like me who lives, eats and breathes "Computer Aided Design". I've been working with the software for well over 20 years. I started when I was 14 years old. This means that it has become an extension of my brain and body. Sometimes it's mindless and repetitive which is where the "monkey" part comes in. Mostly I'm just really fast and efficient at drawing in CAD and that's my best quality. it's my life and I'm proud of it.
My Vision
I believe in the element of functional architecture. It's my mission to help people access what they need to fulfill their needs in an efficient manner. I am your grunt work, blue collar CAD Monkey whose sole purpose is to streamline things for clients, consultants and contractors.
About Me

Christine Brown graduated from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario with an Architectural Technology diploma. She went on to work for home builders and architects from Toronto to St. Catherines as well as a year working in Red Deer, Alberta. She is qualified, certified and an active member in her industry associations. After 11 years in the business she branched out on her own in an effort to share the knowledge gained through her experiences. Thus this friendly neighbourhood CAD Monkey was born. She is located in central Hamilton, Ontario and is passionate about the community and design. She is dedicated to helping clients and is well versed in navigating the system to attain building permits. She prides herself on being an easy going and friendly consultant.
